Sleep not recording

Why did my new Apple Watch stop recording the 4 stages of sleep after the first night. I set a schedule and stuff. Can I just reset to default settings, either the app or the Watch. ?

Apple Watch SE sleep tracking I’ve had my Apple Watch for about four months now and until maybe a week ago the sleep tracking has always been pretty accurate. But recently the watch started recording sleep when I know for a fact I was awake and stopped recording sleep when I know for a fact I was asleep (sleep mode was still turned on on my iPhone and Apple Watch). Apple Watch not recording any sleep data I’ve had my Apple Watch for nearly two years but only just started recording sleep (previously I charged over night). However, since starting a week ago, my watch has not recorded any sleep data. I have done two hours of reading online and followed all the recommended step including removing any other apps that might be interfering, checking all the settings are correct etc etc.

I resolved this somehow Health was above Watch and IPhone. Once I got Watch to the top of the list it became Primarily data source 👍
