How to unsubcribe!

I am not using apple devices right now, but there's one app subscription keeps charging me money every month, I cannot unsubscrip it on the web page cause Itunes Store simple doesn't open, the page stuck at "connecting to iTunes Store" forever.

MacBook Air 13″, macOS 12.5

Try again, see -> If you can't connect to the App Store, iTunes Store, or other Apple services

If you can't connect to the App Store, iTunes Store, or other Apple services - Apple Support

-> If you tried all of the above steps and you still can’t connect, contact Apple Support.

You need to cancel the subscription, see the following Apple articles:

If you want to cancel a subscription from Apple

If you want to cancel a subscription from Apple - Apple Support

 

If the subscription that you want to cancel is not listed

If the subscription that you want to cancel is not listed – Apple Support (UK)

 

Sure you have received an invoice from Apple.

Tap on Report a problem on the invoice.
