Formatting the reply mail in Apple Mail

Hi,

So I would like to know if there is a smart way of formatting how the replies look like in Apple mail.

Like for example, when I am replying on any email, by default it says

then there is the previous email below.

But is there some smart way for it to show the following instead, just like it does in Outlook. It doesn't necessarily need to have all the following, but still like something similar like below.

From: USER <email@email.com>

Sent: 4 Nov 2022, at 01.40

To: email@email.com

Subject: subject of email

Because the default option is pretty annoying, since you never know where the old email starts. So I have been manually putting in a ______ below my signature, and then I manually highlight the default text. But if there is a smarter automated way, then it would save me lots of time!

Thank you! :)

I actually found the solution!

instead of clicking on Reply, if you click on "Forward", it actually shows the above format. So you can just click on forward and then put in the email for replies! :)
