How to cancel the Better Me app

My Better Me app was supposedly cancelled and says it expired Oct 31. I am getting billed for it again. How do I cancel if cancelling on the app didn't work. I do not want to have to declare fraud and have my card cancelled if I dont have to.

Any suggestions?

Cancelled and expired subscription will disappear from your purchases after about a year.
So that Better Me cancelled and expired subscription is still in your purchase history.

I am getting billed for it again.

Tap on Report a problem on the invoice.
