I didn’t think the iPhone could be hacked but I was knocked out and all my emails were wiped out and now I can’t get signed in. I’m locked out of all my emails even on my android so how can I sign back in.

It's not likely at all that your iPhone was 'hacked'..
When you say you can't log into anything, what exactly are you having trouble signing into?
If it's access to a 3rd party email, such as Google's Gmail, then that account was hacked, not your phone.. and you'd need to go to Google for help recovering your account.

no, but they can change the settings and then removed my Apple ID twice and my pass codes
I talked to Motorolla today I asked them what I should do. They told me that I need a new Sim card and I need to do a factory data reset before I put the Sim card in have to change all my passwords on another phone.change all my passwords on another phone ..log into the new emails on another phone.. cast of the data factory reset put the new Sim card in the phone and log into the emails new emails.. cast of the data factory reset put the new Sim card in the phone and log into the emails the ..new emails. you can’t log into any of the same things that you logged into from the old sim card. i’m not so sure this is not gonna work. I let her into my phone to look around. she helped me to reset the settings and my password. they made it very tough for her and I to fix the settings. they turned the locator off, but not in the right spot that you would think. you had to go in to all kinds of settings to turn it back on, and she couldn’t figure it out right away. they turned it off for quite a few things, especially from my bank that they’re linked to. they had it set so I couldn’t send text messages. I got this other message that came to my phone.
