phone got scammed and locked

last week, someone ask me to help him to find his phone. and log in to his apple id. Then he locked my phone. I ask the apple and make a case. But why I can't find the case status it has already been 7 days, and apple didn't send me anything as well. Also, because my phone got scammed, so my apple account can't see my device, ugh... Does anyone have the same experience can share?
