Suddenly I am not able to import into iPhoto from iPhone. No recent updates to iMac, OS 10.13.6, phone OS 16.0.3 Any suggestions or explanations would be appreciated regarding 'How to resolve: com.apple.ImageCaptureCore error - 9937'

Most people are saying iOS 16.1 fixed it.
