On my older iPad, while watching video/movies, the scrubbing bar (which allows you to forward or reverse) is at the top of the screen. On the new iPad, the scrubbing bar is at the bottom of the screen which interferes with pausing and playback. Is there any way to move it to the top of the screen?

Thanks, but I don't think that's correct. Same website, and the scrub bar is at the top on the older iPad, but on the bottom on the newer iPad. The website is the same, the iPads have changed.
