IPlugmate (Hootoo) not qorking

I have also tried to email HooToo and the email was rejected. Luckily I had saved the files on to another flash drive but would have been a disaster if I hadn’t. HooToo should continue support for their hardware or we should be refunded for useless pieces of scrap metal we are now left with. Not fit for purpose..!

I just got the information that its not on sale at AppleStore anymore, so it’s up to the users to get in contact to the developer to solve it.

The stick( Hoo-too) won’t work without it.

I tried to discover any contact of the developer but totally failed.

I suppose Apple should at least get us this contact or how to’s…

I’m really desperate.

If anyone knows another way to let the stick open pleaseeee
