System data bug MacOS-iOS-iPadOS

Hello,

I went to the Apple Store because my MAC was displaying too much "system data" it took me 40GB on one of my MACs but 217GB on another MAC unfortunately no one could find a solution for me... I I reinstalled my MAC from scratch but I am now at 20GB on the one that was 40GB does anyone have a solution to remove/reduce this?

** On my iPhone 13 PRO MAX I have the same problem because I have 17GB**
