Just picked up a new Macbook Pro 16" and installed CoconutBattery and MachineProfile. According to these programs, the following data is missing/unavailable:
Is this normal?

That would be a question for the app developers.
The fact a 3rd party app cannot ascertain a peace of info from a device does not mean there's anything wrong with the device itself. Probably their apps are not updated to handle the newer OS, and as such the source of specific data open the Mac may have changed and the apps no longer know where to find it so they can show it.
I'd contact the app developers and ask them.
