Apple Pay/driving license
im trying to use Apple Pay to send money but it’s asking for my ID but only for Maryland and Arizona. I need help changing it to Georgia. How can I do that?

If you're referring to Apple Cash, you should be able to click a photo of your dl, and GreenDot or whoever manages it will verify it. You're probably doing the process to add your dl to your Apple Wallet, and those are the only two states that allow that.
