I have an eve cam which I previously had set up and no problem with it in conjunction with my Iphone. Now, the Iphone will not let me add this Eve Cam unless I reset it. I have reset it but keep getting the same message when I use the QR on the bottom of the cam. How do I get the Eve Cam back into my home on my Iphone? Thank you

Follow the steps from the article to help resolve your issue: Add an accessory to the Home app
If you can't add an accessory
• Update your iPhone or iPad to the latest version of iOS or iPadOS.
• Make sure that your accessories support HomeKit, AirPlay 2, or Matter.
• To use and manage your home in the Home app on all of your devices, sign in to iCloud with your Apple ID on every device. Then turn on iCloud Keychain and Home in iCloud Settings.
If the issue persists, you may meed to contact the manufacturer of the camera for additional assistance.
