How do I fix this MacOS installation error?

Whenever I try to install MacOS Ventura, I keep having the installation fail. The computer gives me a pop-up that states, "Installation failed; An error occurred while installing the selected updates". Since my computer is currently on Big Sur, I don't believe it has safe boot, and the multiple methods I've tried so far to use safe boot have all failed. I've also restarted maybe 5 times, and this error has occurred on multiple days, meaning it's probably not a server error.
