IPad Pro 12.9 Gen 6 AT&T Cellular eSIM
I tried to activate cell service on my ipad & it failed. I contacted AT&T and they tried activating the eSIM but it kept failing and they said that they do not support using eSiM on the new models. I went to an AT&T store and they activated the service using a physical SIM. Now I keep getting a message to complete cellular setup which is asking me to activate eSIM. if I cancel the request it comes back when I power up the next day. If I continue the request it fails but also comes back when I power up the next day. AT&T says they cancelled the eSIM requests but the status of the order says it was downloaded and it has to be fixed by apple. Has anyone run into this ? What fixes it ? Thanks, George
