Why did my photostream delete when I upgraded my iCloud? I am beyond mad. I’ve had these photos for 10 years and now they are gone!

Your photos are not affected by upgrading your plan. Visit iCloud.com/photos to review the photos that you sync with iCloud. Or, restore your photos from your backup.
