apple photos not showing up for screen saver

Before TVOS16 I had an album set up to appear as my screen savor, and after 5 mins the album would automatically show up and start showing photos. Now all I got is a black screen with a circle spinning, never showing the pictures. It was showing the pictures immediately after TVOS 16, but only the latest pictures not the old ones. Now it never shows them. Before the update everything worked great. Anyone experience this and have a fix?

Hey knightmare26,

We'd recommend changing the screensaver to a different album to test with to see if the same issue occurs. You may also want to try switching to a different screensaver temporarily, and switching back to your main album to see if that resolves the issue. "Change the photos that appear in the screen saver

Open Settings on Apple TV.
Go to General > Screen Saver > Type, then select My Photos.
Do either of the following:

Choose to show all photos from recent activity or favorites: Select either Activity or Favorites.
Choose to show only a shared or personal album: Select an album in the shared or albums category."

You may also want to try restarting your Apple TV to see if that resolves the issue. This article explains how: Restart Apple TV - Apple Support
