Norton 360 VPN prevents Safari from opening

Recent Ventura update, Norton 360 VPN running can not open Safari " servers busy try later message", turn off Norton 360 VPN Safari opens normally. This was not an issue before Ventura upgrade. Any help or ideas would be appreciated, thanks

Using cleaners, anti-virus, VPN's, etc., are NOT needed on a Mac and as you're learning cause issues. Go to Norton's website and find the directions on how to completely remove it (just deleting usually still leaves embedded unnecessary files).
