Regardless whether you are using Safari on a Mac or on an iOS device, that address (actually, a URL fragment) will indeed load any number of different scam websites as MrHoffman wrote.
If you find yourself having to recover from it, read Phony "tech support" / "ransomware" popups and web pages - Apple Community for a description and the solution.
That is a scam website. Close it: Close an app on your iPhone or iPod touch - Apple Support.

This sure looks like a website breach, or a scam website, and this is definitely a broken website.
Whether this mess is something the website operators are aware of?
Maybe somebody has breached the website?
Or maybe the advertising network has been breached, and is serving up some sketchy-looking rubbish?
Whatever is happening at this website, this is a website issue.
I would not visit this website again, based on what I’ve already encountered.
First thing I see on that website is a scam app ad; a fake “Adobe Flash” update.
How do resolve it?
