The black box where the beats are stored, I have lost the cable. "c" cable does not fit either does the Amazon cables. I have 3 now sets of cables that do not work. They do not fit in the black box. Help! I could not find a category for the Apple Beats. Serial # CC***N3J

Thank you so much for your assistance. I tried 4 different charging cables from Amazon and none of them worked as I stated in my opening question. Amazon has at least 20 so i was hit or miss. What I did was order directly from Apple at $20 per pop; but I am assured a correct fit using the serial number. I do want to thank you for your assistance. Hopefully problem solved.
