What do you do if you don’t have the card you need for to verify your billing account. I can’t download any app back cause it says I need to verify my billing account with a card I don’t have anymore.

These ae just User-to-User forums. You need to change this yourself. No on here has access to your Apple Account (which is a good thing, BTW). So, call Apple, informing an Apple Rep that you want to change the card that is assigned to your account. If permitted, the Apple Rep would make the change.

- Proceed from there, as necessary
- Why the Wait: Phone calls are taking a bit to go through at the moment, due to lots of calls. With the Coronavirus Pandemic, many are at home at the moment, with much time on their hands to contact Apple. So, just stay on the line, and you will get through :)
