Voicemail and text message

I do not want my voicemail transcribed as a text - I cannot figure out how to turn off. It is already OFF with T mobile

VoiceMail is a Carrier Specific feature. Contact your Carrier (Cellular Service Provider), the agency that issued the SIM / eSIM to you.
