Apple Mail-Keep getting a triangle with Exclamation point after sleep mode.

I was using Spark for email for the last couple years and just switched back to Apple Mail this week. I have 3 email addresses, iCloud.com, outlook.com, and gmail.com. Overall my internet is reliable, email is working great.

The issue is when my Mac goes into sleep mode and then I wake it up and log in. At that point 2-3 of my email addresses have a Triangle with exclamation mark. No new emails show up and if I write and email and click send it just sits in the outbox and won't send.

From reading up this means there is an issue connecting to the server or an issue with my internet. I know this is not the case though. All I need to do is close the Mail app and reopen the app and it works fine. No more triangle with exclamation marks, email immediately hits my inbox, anything in outbox is sent.

It's annoying since every time I log in after sleep mode I have to close and reopen my mail app. Clearly when the Mac goes into sleep mode something is going on with the Mail app to cause this. Any clue how I can fix this?
