How to Disable "Good Morning" message on Apple Watch

How do I turn off the Good Morning message that my Apple Watch displayed today with the battery percentage? The Sleep App was turned off and I didn't have the Sleep Focus turned on, and this never used to show up before I had to reset my Apple Watch to factory settings due to battery issues.

Is it related to the Mindfulness notification settings? Please help.
