This is my 3rd try to ask question
not enough space on iPhone 6s for software download.
bought more space on OneDrive
opened iTunes
connected laptop and iphone
im stuck
been working at this for 2 days

The iPhone 6s is not capable of updating to iOS 16.x. If you have iOS 15.x, you have the latest iOS for that phone.
Thank you Chris for your reply....I am trying to download iOS 15 I am currently on hold with Apple Support I am so appreciative for your reply. Fingers crossed i get this resolved I have been putting this off for a LONG time...i guess this is why! lol
