AirPods Pro 1st generation volume touch point not working

My AirPods Pro 1st generation volume touch point not working when I slide up or down on AirPods. My iPhone works with side buttons, volume in control panel, and will work with Siri. They are up to date and so is phone.

I believe it is only the 2nd Get AirPod Pros that have the touch volume.
