Hello AMJ03,

In some instances, profiles and restrictions can cause certain settings or features to be missing or disabled. Let's start with checking for restrictions.

  1. Go to Settings and tap Screen Time.
  2. Tap Content & Privacy Restrictions. If asked, enter your passcode.
  3. If enabled, turn off Content & Privacy Restrictions.
  4. Check to see if Siri & Search appears within the Settings app.

Use Screen Time on your iPhone, iPad, or iPod touch has more information about restrictions.

If you're still not seeing Siri & Search after disabling or checking Content & Privacy Restrictions, let's check for profiles.

  1. Go to Settings > General > Profiles or Profiles & Device Management,* then tap the configuration profile.
  2. Tap Delete Profile. If asked, enter your device passcode, then tap Delete.
  3. Check to see if Siri & Search appears within the Settings app.

Let us know if this helps.

Regards.
