Hello Danieldracu,

We'll need more information to see how we can help. Did you subscribe to Lifetime using your Apple ID in the Apple TV app or directly through Lifetime? This link provides more information about how that works: Subscribe to Apple TV channels in the Apple TV app

If you did subscribe using your Apple ID, you'll want to be sure you're signed in with the same Apple ID you used to subscribe:

1. Tap the My Account button or your profile picture at the top right, then tap Subscriptions.
2. You may need to sign in with your Apple ID.
3. Choose a subscription, then do any of the following:
- Change or cancel an existing subscription.
- Resubscribe to an expired subscription.

You'll find more information here: Manage App Store purchases, subscriptions, settings, and restrictions on iPhone

If you didn't subscribe in the Apple TV app using your Apple ID, then you may have subscribed directly through Lifetime. This link from Lifetime has details about how to view your account online to see how you originally subscribed: https://support.lifetimemovieclub.com/hc/en-us/articles/360059143433-I-m-not-sure-where-I-originally-subscribed-to-Lifetime-Movie-Club-How-do-I-find-that-

Take care.
