Lost previous apple support chat

Had a chat with apple support today, did a customer survey, and then lost the chat that was full of helpful information and links. Where can I find this? I looked in my apple account with no success.

Retrieving previous conversations with Apple Support Community I find it almost impossible to find my previous questions/discussions. Isn't there a way to, say, type your name and have all your questions presented in chronological order? I raise this question because I cannot find the advise that was given to me only a day or two ago. It was basically about solving the spam problem. More specifically, someone suggested a company I could go to to get their app for dealing with this problem.I didn't bother to copy that advise because I thought I could easily come back to retrieve any needed information. I WAS WRONG.

Retrieve chat session with Apple Support How do you retrieve a chat transcript with Apple Support that is over a month old.

Missed call from Apple Support I was keeping an eye out for a call back from Apple Support but apparently didn't hear it and missed it by one minute. It's not possible to return the call to the number that it came from. How do I get back in touch with the support person I was working with? Will they try to call again?

Unless you had requested that it be emailed to you, it is most likely gone. I tend to do occasional screenshots while in a chat just in case.
