Device Management

Im not sure what this but I know what means. There’s some random profile someone tried or trying to, I guess get into my device. I’m aware of beta testers who test software like where I’ve only downloaded betas ever on my device. I just bought a new phone, started from scratch & profile seems to follow me every NEW device I purchase. Is there a developer or engineer or technician who debug this problem help me understand why device & personal info about me could potentially be at big risk.
