Apple does not provide a service paid or warranty to iPhone if purchased in another country

I'm ****** off big time and just cannot understand the reasoning behind. I have iPhone 11Pro purchased in Apple Store NJ, US. I now live in Ankara, Turkey and have been using the phone since 2019. I'm having issues with my rear camere with dots appear. All I want is to get a fix from an authorized Apple service and Apple does not provide service to my phone even with paid. They don't even look at it and say that it cannot be serviced or fixed any other country but USA. What is this?

You pay 1000$ to a phone hoping to use it good amount of time and you cannot get a fix for a tiny problem. What am I supposed to do? Travel to US to get my camera fixed from Turkey? Isn't Apple supposed to be a global company?

Anyone else have the same issue and how did you get it resolved? I'm OK to any advise for a 3rd party service commpany here that I can go to as well hence I won't get a service from Apple anyways and obviously I cannot afford another phone in this economy.

IMPORTANT RESTRICTION FOR iPHONE, iPAD, APPLE TV AND HOMEPOD SERVICE.

Apple may restrict warranty service for iPhone, iPad, Apple TV and HomePod to the country where Apple or its Authorized Distributors originally sold the device.

I'm not trying to get a service under warranty, willing to pay for it. They don't even look at my phone to see what the issue is? Or offer me a paid service.
