Ventura Continues Kernel panics after Formatted

Hello, I formatted my mac and reinstall Ventura.

I don't use any particular external device, just a headphone (Bose Bluetooth) that I always used on my previous SO (Monterey) without problems.

I'm using a keyboard and mouse Bluetooth Apple.


Model:

Model: MacBookPro14,3, BootROM 499.40.2.0.0, 4 processors, Quad-Core Intel Core i7, 2,9 GHz, 16 GB, SMC 2.45f5

Graphics: Intel HD Graphics 630, Intel HD Graphics 630, Built-In

Graphics: Radeon Pro 560, Radeon Pro 560, PCIe, 4 GB








MacBook Pro 15″, macOS 13.0

A - Under this setup, the user is prepared to loose all important Personal Data. That this Personal Data can be recreated at a later time.

A - Time Machine Backup  is very useful 


Q - Unsigned files - There are unsigned software files installed. These files could be old, incompatible, and cause problems. They should be reviewed.

A - Self explanatory and worthy of the User ( you ) to review the existing Their Party Application for more suitable update / upgrades or outright replacements


Q - Runaway user process - A user process is using a large percentage of your CPU.

A - This dovetails into the overall Users' usage of the computer ( Multi Applications all running at the same time ) as well as possible outdated application

Q -  [Running] com.docker.vmnetd.plist (Docker Inc - installed 2022-11-05)

A - I know of this Application and what it is used for but have zero personal experience using it. Perhaps the Other Contributor will pick on this if they deem this important


User Launch Agents:


Q -  [Loaded] com.google.keystone.agent.plist (Google LLC - installed 2022-11-05)

Q -  [Loaded] com.google.keystone.xpcservice.plist (Google LLC - installed 2022-11-05)

A - Not the answer the User may want to hear but Google Chrome is a well known CPU / Memory Hog. It is also known to Harvest the Users data for the purpose to Re-Sell this to the highest bidders for profit

A - There are alternative that function much like Chrome but without the " Over Head "of Google/ One that is often suggest is www.brave.com

A - It would appear to be self evident. These Applications is consuming almost 40% of the Overall CPU Activity

Q - TradingView Helper (Renderer) (5) 616 MB (TradingView, Inc.)

A - It would appear to self evident these Applications is consuming very large amount of the available RAM.

The application is free or paid from added features. 


It will take a Snap Shot -  both the hardware and software.


 The Report will Not Reveal Any Personal Information.
