Is there a way to boost headphone volume on ipad

My newest bluetooth headphones are not loud enough when used with my ipad. I tried an app called "VolumeBoost" but it did nothing for movie sound.

I have a great app I use on the Macbook called Audio Hijack, but can find nothing like it for iOS.

Maybe I am using the VolumeBoost app wrong. Any advice or some other app?

In the Settings app, under Sounds, make sure under headphone audio Reduce Loud sounds is set to off.

Another sound enhancing ( EQ app ) that you can look at is called Kaiser Tone.

Not that I am aware.

Audio Hijack is a third party app, that can be installed outside of the macOS App Store, that uses macOS system extensions to accomplish its magic.

Since Apple doesn't allow any access to iOS system files or allow side loading of third party apps outside of the iOS App Store, there is no way such an app, like Audio Hijack could exist or be created to work globally throughout iOS/iPadOS.
