Lost Apple ID

I can't remember my icloud username/password. I lost my phone, logged into my new phone and the extra storage contents (photos, contacts) that I had been paying for is not there. I can only assume that I have another username that I forgot about. I don't remember my icloud email address either. I get receipts from Paypal, so it's out there. Any advice?

Hello Kfh12,

Congratulations on your new iPhone. Ensuring the content from your prior iPhone syncs to your new device is important. To confirm, did you restore to a backup when you set up the new iPhone? If so, it's possible that you need to enable the sync settings for iCloud Photos and other iCloud related features to retrieve that content. You can find these settings using the steps listed below.

  1. Tap Settings.
  2. Tap [your name/Apple ID].
  3. Tap iCloud.

Once there, you'll be able to tap on Photos, iCloud Drive, and if needed Show All to review and enable the desired iCloud features. You'll also see the available iCloud storage space appear at the top of the screen. If you need additional support, you'll find the following article helpful in troubleshooting iCloud Photos and iCloud Contacts.
