Can it help me activate or unlock my iPhone
My daughter did not sent me the code from the factory .what should I do?

There is no code from the factory. If the phone has a passcode you can reset the phone to factory settings:

After restoring the phone using one of the methods above you can restore your most recent backup.
If the phone is Activation Locked you will need the Apple ID and password used to enable Activation Lock. That does not come from Apple, it comes from the person who set up the phone.
If the phone is locked to a carrier you will have to contact that carrier and ask about their unlocking policy.
But Apple cannot help you with any of these tasks.
