I recently purchased an Apple Watch series 7.
My workouts automatically pause every 11 seconds even though I'm exercising. I have to resume my training manually, but after 11 seconds it pauses again so it's not a point. I bought an Apple Watch for exercise monitoring, and that's not possible. How can I fix it?
I've already tried all the settings, I've turned everything off and the error is still there.

How about Power Saving Mode? Someone else here found that caused something similar;
On the Watch, go to Settings > Workout > Power Saving Mode and switch it to off.

Well, yes, I'm afraid so. Apple says; "Permanent or temporary changes to your skin, such as some tattoos, can also impact heart rate sensor performance. The ink, pattern and saturation of some tattoos can block light from the sensor, making it difficult to get reliable readings."
