Mobiles blocked with user accounts.

Hi all


I'm the mobiles manager of Liberty Insurance in Portugal and Ireland, and i have some issues with mobiles accounts.

We work with Vodafone in Portugal and Ireland and the mobiles are rented.

Some users left the company but didn't cleaned the account from the mobiles.

Now we want to clean the apple account from those mobiles, but we can't. We can not use them.

What is the APPLE'S procedure in this cases. So far, i can't find any help from anywhere.

If the devices are registered in Apple Business Manager, you can contact Apple to have the lock removed. If they are managed by MDM that supports Activation Lock Bypass, you can remove it yourself. If neither apply, you will need the original receipts. If you do not have this information, then the devices are no longer able to be used.
