iCloud terms and conditions in wrong language for Ventura update but apple terms and conditions in English?

I have just updated my mac to Ventura operating system. At the end of this update I have to agree to Icloud terms and conditions but they are in another language, there is no other option but to agree with them or icloud will not work on this computer it says. I refuse to agree to something that I cant even read and I pay a monthly subscription to iCloud. The second part of the conditions in the same window is Aplle terms and conditions and it is written in English. What sort of a scam is this? How do we get this fixed?

Try changing the language to some other language and see if that window is uniform as far as language i concerned and the change back to English and check again.

If still messed up Boot into the Recovery volume (boot with the Command + R keys held down  - Intel Macs) or  (How to Boot an M1 Mac into Recovery Mode) and reinstall the system. This will not overwrite your user data but, as in any major install or update, it's wise to have a full an current backup.

Give this a try: boot into Safe Mode according to How to use safe mode on your Mac and test to see if the problem persists. Reboot normally and test again.

NOTE 1: Safe Mode boot can take up to 3 - 5 minutes as it's doing the following;

• Verifies your startup disk and attempts to repair directory issues, if needed

• Loads only required kernel extensions (prevents 3rd party kernel/extensions from loading)

• Prevents Startup Items and Login Items from opening automatically

• Disables user-installed fonts

• Deletes font caches, kernel cache, and other system cache files

NOTE 2: if you have a wireless keyboard with rechargeable batteries connect it with its charging cable before booting into Safe Mode. This makes it act as a wired keyboard as will insure a successful boot into Safe Mode.

This did absolutly nothing different, just re-installed Ventura but of course you still have terms and conditions at the end that you have to agree with which I will not if I cant read the language.

Obviously a scam by iCloud to get people to just agree to anything without reading.Who knows what it is we are agreeing to. I still have terms and conditions half (iCloud Terms and Conditions) in some other language and the other half (Apple Media Services Terms and conditions) in english. This is all in the 1 window.

Because I haven't agreed to it, my iCloud that I have to pay a subscription to is not updating across my devices. I keep getting a window appearing telling me I have to agree to it. I recommend no one updates to Ventura.
