I canceled my subscription and they are still charging every month

I canceled my subscription to canva 3 times and they are still charging every month. I have proof from their cancelation emails to me. Didn’t even reply first time. second time is below. Third time again today. It caused an overdraft fee from my separate account i have for apps only. PLEASE HELP!!! Thank you.

Did you apply for the subscription via the App Store or directly at Canva?

If you applied through the App Store, see -> Request a refund for apps or content that you bought from Apple.

Request a refund for apps or content you've bought from Apple – Apple Support (UK)

or

If you have received the invoices from Apple, tap on Report a problem on the invoice.

If you received the invoices from Canva directly, contact your bank, they can find out who (name, address & account number) has collected the amount from your bank account, and when.

Depending on your bank, they can collect the amount back within 30 days, because you have not given an order for payment.

Finally, you have proof that you have canceled the subscription.
