unblock someone

I blocked a number, so how too I unblock it?

The guy who says his number is blocked, doesn’t show up

he must be using a different #

Tap Settings > Phone then scroll down to Blocked Contacts to see the list. Next, tap Edit at the top of the screen then delete the contact from the list.

That should do it for you.
