setting up email accounts trying to load gmail and protonmail
it us asking for host server etc

I am not familiar with Proton email, but from what I can determine, you will need to iOS app in order to add the email account to your phone. This is what I found online. Click on this link for more information.

Regarding the gmail account, it should take place automatically when you follow the instructions in this Apple support article. Google is a built in choice.
