how to unlock my apple id without verification?

Hi ..

I am using 12 pro max..I faced some problem let me explain freely.. please Read carefully .

i think you will understand .

.recently i sign in with my Apple id

to download some paid games..

but after all i can not signout with out verification.. i know the password. but its need gmail account to verify apple id.

I don’t know where is the email account .i lost it.

Its shows my id has been locked for security cause.. What should i do now.. I can not signout .. from this account.

Now i want to sign in with this account but i can not..

Thanks for reading carfully.. I beg your kindness to help me in this situation..

Hi, and welcome to the Apple Community.

You might want to check that you are signed in (to your iPhone) with your Apple ID

As you are locked out of your Apple ID:

Apple Support has an article online that may be helpful.

So, you may need to reset the password (as if you have forgotten it), in order to regain access to your account.

(You will need to have set up a passcode on your iPhone)
