GamePigeon Glitch

For the last few days, GamePigeon has not been working. When I tap on it in my keyboard, it has a light grey circle around it but then never opens. And if someone else starts a game and I try to play, it says I need to open the app (which continues to not work). I have tried deleting and redownloading it several times, updating my phone to the latest iOS, and restarting my phone, and it still isn’t working.

Is anyone else having this issue? I have no idea how to fix it
