iTunes sync
If I sync my iPhone to iTunes that has a different Apple ID…. Will all the music on my iPhone be replaced with the music from my computer,

Anytime you sync your iPhone with a computer, you would be replacing the content on the iPhone, with content from that computer's iTunes or Music library.
As mentioned on the following page:
If you use iCloud or other services like Apple Music to keep your content up-to-date across all of your devices, some syncing features through iTunes might be turned off.
