External hard drive ejected after plugging a different USB device

When I plug in my DJI Drone to my iMac, one my external drives automatically ejects itself. Is there a external device limit? I have 4 external drives attached.

It is not the number of USB devices, it is the power that it takes to run all of the devices and charge the Drone.

If you have several bus powered portable hard drives, then I suggest getting and plugging them into a self-power USB hub or dock.

The other option, is to eject and disconnect a couple of drives before connecting the Drone to the iMac.

Another option, is to remove the camera card from the Drone and connect it to your iMac using a card reader.
