Hi! My camera and flashlight do not work, when I access my camera or apps that need it such as Instagram or Snapchat, the screen is just black… it also happens on selfie position.
Additionally, the flashlight do not turn on!
I have already restarted my phone several times and even resetead all settings but it is the same.
Really hope you can help me :)

Many thanks for your reply! I’ve already tried all those things and it is not working, furthermore I’d like to highlight that when I press the bottom to take a picture, the picture is not taken like if I’ve pressed nothing
As the article says - "If the camera or flash still isn't working properly, contact Apple Support to discuss service options."
