Chase bank won’t sign off on iPad

anyone have trouble with this issue?

Since it's specific to this app, you'll want to troubleshoot the app itself:

  1. Close the app and reopen it which can give it a fresh start: Close an app on your iPhone or iPod touch - Apple Support
  2. Restart your iPad - Apple Support
  3. Updating the iPad can improve compatibility with the apps: Update your iPhone or iPad - Apple Support
  4. Just like updating the iPhone itself, this can do the same thing: How to manually update apps on your Apple device - Apple Support
  5. As a last step, remove the app and add it again:
    1. Delete apps on your iPhone, iPad, and iPod touch - Apple Support
    2. Redownload apps and games from Apple - Apple Support
