Apple mail not working

Can someone tell me why apple mail ius not syncing with my mail accounts like it did before? Does it have a setting to turn on here now with Ventura? So far so good with Venture this is another issue i just found not syning with my mail ccount i use this all the time before on Monterey never has issue before that is why I was wondering if a setting it off?

I agree it needs top probity n tha right away need a fix for it glad I am not the only one with is issue. I use Firefox and use Thunderbird by modzilla it does great I do not bother with the Apple mail no longer it does not work at all.

Try this out you go into it and and click on accounts to setup her is screen shot of under the word thunderbird on the finder bar you will see it.

I am having the same problem and it's a disaster! My work requires timely replies. I have sent emails that never show up in the Sent folder or the email thread. I wonder if it has to do with the new Ventura Mail feature where you have an option of "unsending" an email. It's as if these emails are hanging out there in the ether somewhere. But the syncing would be different. Apple needs to make this VERY HIGH PRIORITY.

Thanks Frank! I'd forgotten about Thunderbird. I may just use my email accounts' internet interface for now and see if they fix Apple Mail, but I may end up with Thunderbird. They've been around for ages.


Also re: Mail, in case anyone is reading this, the only way to shut it down is to force quit it. Some process is really hung up. I've tried restarting Mail and restarting my computer, to no avail.

I have done same thing but no luck they need to fix it if you keep it open it eats up on the cpu if you look activity

monitor no sense in =using Apple mail were are they when you need them?

Just use the thunderbird that is what worlks reakl good for me allthe timne had it with my old iMac and now with my new iMac i love it they update all the tine to make it better and better.
