Connectivity with usb keyboard and mouse

So i attached two monitors to my M1 macbook pro using a hyper usb hub. Now i am having issues with my usb connected logitech keyboard and mouse. I already changed the batteries but they freeze up every few minutes.

Mac OS Ventura 2023 MacBook Pro doesn't see USB A external keyboard/mouse after reboot have a new 2023 M2 MacBook Pro 14 running Mac OS Ventura 13.3.1(a). When I connect my external keyboard (either a Microsoft wired ergonomic or Logitech wireless via its USB unifying receiver, both USB A connected with a USB C dongle) and my Logitech wireless mice (again via USB A Logitech unifying receiver connected via a USB C dongle) it connects and works fine. When I shut down the computer and restart, they don't work unless I unplug the USB A cable from the USB C to USB A female dongle and plug them back in (replugging the USB C doesn't work). Doesn't matter if they are plugged into the MBP directly or plugged into a powered hub that is plugged into the MBP, unplugging the USB A part is required. USB C monitor connects just fine after reboot. The workaround (unplugging and replugging the cable to the hub) isn't hard, but is a minor annoyance. I thought it might be related to the USB C to USB A dongles, but when I tried a USB C to USB B cable to my old hub, it didn't make the problem go away (still worked, provided it was unplugged a replugged). This was no issue on any of my earlier Macs going back 20+ years. I have tried resetting the SMC, but that didn't make a difference.

Mac Mini M1 2020 i believe, problems with Logitech mouse? Hi, just wondering anyone else here having problems using a wired or wireless Logitech mouse on Mac Mini M1. Examples: Looks like lagging or freezing or cannot move windows. Have to use wheel to go up and down pages. Trying to open or move or select certain things on Clip Studio Paint, Affinity Designer, Notes, EXCEL sheets felt like a pain in the butt and you were clicking three to four times to close a window or banging your keyboard.. My brother lent me his Logitech wired mouse and wired keyboard. Since I was setting up in another country in 220v, I only brought the computer to do some work. I was thinking my computer was slow or the 220v was literally doing something to my computer. But after looking at some reviews and problems, I noticed everyone was using Logitech wired or wireless mouse. So , I decided to test if it was the compatibility issue of Logitech to the M1 Mac Mini by buying a cheap $2 wired mouse and now it works perfectly fine. Everything I had problems have disappeared. Could it be Logitech and Mac Mini M1 needs a software update or driver or something (sorry maybe technicallysaying something wrong here) .. Cause it really freaked me out thinking something was wrong with my computer and it was only the compatibility of Logitech Mouse to the Mac Mini M1. Would love to hear from others.

"Link Keyboard and mouse to" Keeps disconnecting I have a M2 MacBook Air with a "Logi MX Master 3S for Mac" mouse in front of my tv monitor that I have my M1 Mac mini plugged in to. I am able to use this future In the Display part of the settings (Link Keyboard and mouse to" (pic below) where it links up the mouse and keyboard form the Air to be able to use on the mini. The issue is becoming more and more but it keeps disconnecting for no apparent reason. I am fairly tech savvy and tried everything I can think of.

Hi jsickles1222,

Is your Mac up-to-date? Is the Mac charging when you have all the peripherals connected? Does this issue work properly without the monitors connected? Do you have access to a different USB hub to see if the issue persists there? Are you able to connect the Mac directly for the keyboard and mouse without the adapter to see if the issue continues? This will help us isolate things down further to see what's causing your issue.
