This adapter, Belkin 4K Mini DisplayPort to HDMI Adapter - Apple, plus an HDMI cable would work.


This cable, without any adapters, would also work: Belkin 4K Mini DisplayPort to HDMI Cable (4 m/13 ft.) - Apple.
